On Saturday the 13th December we shall be dancing up the South Bank accompanied by other dance sides from the Cotswold and Clog traditions. The full line up is not yet finalised but it will feature the Greenwich Morris Men, North Wood Way (Croydon) and Old Palace Clog (Croydon).

We start in Hayes Galleria in the morning which is downstream from London Bridge and finish just downstream from Blackfriars railway bridge as the sun goes down. Unlike previous years, we will not be dancing at the Xmas Market by the old City Hall.
For anybody unsure of how the river flows (and some folks seem to be), then upstream is to your left if you are looking at the river from the South Bank.

10:50 – 11:40 Inside Hayes Galleria (1 Battle Bridge Ln, SE1 2HD)
12:00 – 13:00 London Bridge City Pier (SE1 2PR – just upstream from the Galleria)
13:00 Stop for lunch. Lots of food outlets in Borough Market.
14:15 – 15:00 Old Thameside Inn by the Golden Hinde (Pickfords Wharf, Clink St, London SE1 9DG – just upstream/west of Borough Market)
15:30 – 16:30 Founders Arms which is just downstream/east from Blackfriars Bridge (52 Hopton St, SE1 9JH)
Schedule is subject to unforseen changes due to tempest, pestilence, beer shortage or Morris Time.

London Bridge rail/tube is handy for access being within 15 minutes stroll of all tour stops. One can depart at the finish via the nearby Blackfriars rail/underground or enjoy a 15-20 minute walk to Waterloo rail/tube.

Food is available at the pubs and also from a plethora of food stalls in Borough Market.
We look forward to seeing you at some point during the day.
