On Saturday the 18th May we shall be performing on London’s South Bank accompanied by other dance sides from various Morris traditions.

In the morning we start near London Bridge station then various points twixt the Golden Hinde (just upstream of Borough Market) and Blackfriars Railway Bridge in the afternoon.
For anybody unsure of how the river flows (and some folks seem to be), then upstream is to your left if you are looking at the river from the South Bank.

11:30 The George Inn, 75 Borough High St, London SE1 1NH
London Bridge national rail and underground stations nearby, as is Borough tube station.
13:00 (ish) break for lunch
14:15 Old Thameside Inn by the Golden Hinde (Pickfords Wharf, Clink St, London SE1 9DG)
15:15 Founders Arms, SE1 9JH (just upstream/west of Tate Modern and downstream from Blackfriars station bridge)
Schedule is subject to unforseen changes due to tempest, pestilence, beer shortage or Morris Time. If in doubt just listen for the music and merriment: before lunch at the George; after lunch wander upstream (west) from Borough Market.

London Bridge rail/tube is handy for access being within 20 minutes stroll of all tour stops and a few minutes from the start. One can depart at the finish via the nearby Blackfriars rail/underground or enjoy a 15-20 minute walk to Waterloo rail/tube.

Food is available at the pubs and also from a plethora of food stalls in Borough Market.
We look forward to seeing you at some point during the day.
