North Wood costumes from the top. These are mostly the same for male and female otherwise annotated accordingly.
HATS
Optional. Dancer’s choice. Can be floral or in harmony with the Side’s colours of green and yellow (with emphasis on green). Currently we have everything from tricorn to floral boater to dark green flat cap.
WAISTCOAT
Dark green. Optional motif on the back which says something about the dancer. Lapels optionally bedecked with badges and other metalwork.
BALDRICK
Green/Yellow with a horse-brass either side.
SHIRT/BLOUSE
White (as white as possible)
TROUSERS
White (m) or Black (f)
SOCKS
White (m) or Black (f)
SHOES
Plain black with black or green laces.
