Greenwich Morris Men Day of Dance

Accompanied by several sides from the Cotswold and Clog traditions.

Sunday June 23rd  from 12 noon 

Starting in the Cutty Sark Gardens, London, SE10 9HT or nearby at the ship itself then moving downstream through the day finishing at the Cutty Sark Tavern.

If you miss us then head downstream (which is to your right with the river in from of you) and listen for the music and merriment.

Getting there:-

Boat: Thames Clipper disembarking at Cutty Sark Gardens

Bus: Take 129, 180 or 386 and alight at Greenwich Town Centre / Cutty Sark or 188 alighting at the National Maritime Museum or 199 alighting at Greenwich Church Street.

Car: There is a car park under Cutty Sark Gardens but it costs £2.50 an hour.

An alternative is free parking near Lewisham station whence one can get DLR or a bus.

DLR: get off at Cutty Sark for Maritime Greenwich (the stop called Greenwich is further away).

Train: Alight at Lewisham and take the DLR to Cutty Sark Gardens (4 stops, 6 minutes) per above or bus 180 (to Thamesmead East) or bus 199 (to Canada Water) from Lewisham Station (stop G) and alight as above.

If using the Blackheath Grove car park then from Blackheath station either take a (frequent) train to Lewisham and proceed from there or take the  386 bus (to Woolwich, every 20 minutes) from Royal Parade (stop G) alighting as above.

From Greenwich station, take a 177 bus (to Thamesmead) from stop N or 180 (to Thamesmead East) or 199 (to Canada Water) from stop R alighting as above. Alternatively it is just a 10 minute walk.

Underground: Jubilee to North Greenwich then bus 129 (to Greenwich Cutty Sark) or 188 (to Russell Square) from North Greenwich Station (stop C) and alight per above.
